As a Loyalty Manager at Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa, you will lead the recognition and engagement of Elite members to ensure a high-quality stay experience. Responsibilities include managing the member journey from pre-arrival to post-stay, coordinating with the Connector Team to deliver program benefits, and overseeing Loyalty Operations. You will mentor staff on the Marriott Bonvoy program, handle member feedback, and maintain high service standards to promote guest retention and satisfaction.
2-year degree in Hospitality or Business Administration with 2 years of experience.
Alternatively, a 4-year degree in a related major with no experience required.
In-depth knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program benefits and conditions.
Proven leadership skills to mentor team members and manage departmental operations.
Strong communication skills to interact with high-value Elite and Cobalt members.
Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve guest grievances effectively.
Proficiency in tracking room availability, arrivals, and daily hotel business operations.
