The Loyalty Manager is responsible for leading the recognition and engagement of Elite members to ensure a high-quality stay experience. This role involves managing the member journey and overseeing Loyalty Operations to promote guest retention and satisfaction.
Job Description
As a Loyalty Manager at Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa, you will engage with Elite members and ensure they receive exceptional service throughout their stay. You will work closely with the Connector Team and mentor staff to uphold the standards of the Marriott Bonvoy program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recognition and engagement of Elite members.
- Manage the member journey from pre-arrival to post-stay.
- Coordinate with the Connector Team to deliver program benefits.
- Oversee Loyalty Operations to maintain high service standards.
- Mentor staff on the Marriott Bonvoy program.
- Handle member feedback and resolve guest grievances effectively.
- Track room availability, arrivals, and daily hotel business operations.
