The Loyalty Manager is responsible for leading the recognition and engagement of Elite members to ensure a high-quality stay experience. This role involves managing the member journey and overseeing Loyalty Operations to promote guest retention and satisfaction.
As a Loyalty Manager at Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa, you will engage with Elite members and ensure they receive exceptional service throughout their stay. You will work closely with the Connector Team and mentor staff to uphold the standards of the Marriott Bonvoy program.
Key Responsibilities:
2-year degree in Hospitality or Business Administration with 2 years of experience.
Alternatively, a 4-year degree in a related major with no experience required.
In-depth knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program benefits and conditions.
Proven leadership skills to mentor team members.
Strong communication skills to interact with high-value members.
