This role involves providing guidance to workers, performing site inspections to ensure quality standards meet client requirements, resolving technical issues promptly, managing schedules, tasks, budgets, and estimates, and developing Mechanical and Electrical plans. The supervisor also identifies and resolves project issues and risks, prepares progress reports and status updates, and conducts project meetings and site visits.
