M&E Supervisor / Engineer (Construction) at Oka Marketing Sdn Bhd - Johor

The M&E Supervisor / Engineer (Construction) is responsible for leading and overseeing the progress of mechanical and electrical works on construction projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day management of mechanical and electrical works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with client requirements and quality standards. You will work closely with a team of workers, conducting site inspections and managing project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee mechanical and electrical works on construction projects.
• Perform site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
• Manage project schedules, tasks, budgets, and estimates.
• Develop Mechanical and Electrical plans for projects.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks effectively.
• Prepare progress reports and status updates for stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings and site visits to monitor progress.
