The Site Engineer (Construction) role involves leading and overseeing project progress with strong technical expertise. The engineer supervises daily site activities, liaises with internal departments for materials and progress claims, ensures quality control procedures are implemented, and coordinates with parties to prepare reports and documents until project handover. They provide technical advice, attend project meetings, and carry out tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Candidate shall possess a minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience is required in construction, project supervision, or related field.
Work experience in infrastructure or high rise building construction is encouraged to apply.
Travelling around Johor area is required.
