Job Description
The Site Engineer will engage in day-to-day site management, coordinating with various internal departments and external parties to ensure project milestones are met. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily site activities to ensure project progress.
- Liaise with internal departments for materials and progress claims.
- Implement quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with various parties to prepare necessary reports and documents.
- Provide technical advice and support during project meetings.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Assist management with tasks and project-related challenges.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in construction or project supervision.
Experience in infrastructure or high-rise building construction is preferred.
Willingness to travel around the Johor area.
