Job Description

The Maintenance & Operations Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical systems are functioning optimally. This position requires collaboration with various teams to provide preventive maintenance and repairs, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to implement and coordinate mechanical and electrical operations.
  • Provide support for preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address operational challenges.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Membership of an Engineering related professional body i.e. CIBSE/ IEE preferred.

Experience in staffing, selection, training, and development.

Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.

Excellent client relationship skills.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
