Job Description
The Maintenance & Operations Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical systems are functioning optimally. This position requires collaboration with various teams to provide preventive maintenance and repairs, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to implement and coordinate mechanical and electrical operations.
- Provide support for preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and report on the performance of systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to address operational challenges.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Membership of an Engineering related professional body i.e. CIBSE/ IEE preferred.
Experience in staffing, selection, training, and development.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.
Excellent client relationship skills.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
