The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing building maintenance repairs and services, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning tasks. The technician also handles various maintenance tasks and may be required to respond during on-call periods.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of building maintenance repairs and services including mechanical and electrical, plumbing, air-conditioners, and electricity. The role involves supervising, checking, and inspecting all MEP installations to ensure proper functioning and that regular scheduled servicing is carried out as part of preventive maintenance. The technician also inspects lighting, fittings, timers, toilets, plumbing installations, sanitary fittings, and other related maintenance work such as carpentry, masonry, painting, and welding. The position requires being on standby during on-call periods and responding promptly when needed.
