The Malaysia - 2025 Voyage Program - F&B Operations is a full-time, paid leadership development opportunity offered by Marriott International. This program immerses recent university graduates in the real-world operations of food and beverage management within a Marriott-managed hotel, emphasizing hands-on training and leadership experiences. For 18 months, participants engage in various assignments and projects to develop skills in customer relationship cultivation, innovation, process improvement, and project and people management, preparing them for future supervisory or entry-level management roles within Marriott.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education is required, with an Associate's degree acceptable for Culinary discipline.

Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.

Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively is essential.

Candidates must be self-managing and self-starting individuals.

A genuine desire for personal and professional growth is required.

Work authorization in the country of application is mandatory.

Applicants should be recent university or hotel school graduates (within the past year) or currently enrolled students with an expected graduation date within 12 months.
