Job Description
As a Management Consultant in the Talent & Organization practice, you will work on a daily basis to interpret complex data patterns and define people strategies. You will collaborate with teams to co-create actionable solutions that drive transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven solutions for people transformation.

- Utilize Generative AI and LLMs in project execution.
Job Requirements
4 to 6 years of experience in developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms using Python.
Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG framework, and LangChain.
Working knowledge of MLOps, ML pipelines, and model deployment in Azure or AWS.
Proficiency in NLP including TensorFlow, BERT, and Transformer architecture.
Strong data fluency, statistical analysis, and storytelling skills.
