Job Description
As a Management Consultant in the Talent & Organization practice, you will develop and deploy data-driven solutions for people transformation. You will engage with global clients to architect complex AI workflows using Large Language Models and the RAG framework. Responsibilities include interpreting complex data patterns, defining people strategies, and co-creating actionable solutions while contributing to practice-building efforts in a dynamic environment.
Job Requirements
4 to 6 years of experience in developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms using Python.
Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG framework, and LangChain.
Working knowledge of MLOps, ML pipelines, and model deployment in Azure or AWS.
Proficiency in NLP including TensorFlow, BERT, and Transformer architecture.
Strong data fluency, statistical analysis, and storytelling skills.
Ability to perform in non-structured environments and manage complex stakeholder interactions.
Experience in people analytics or workforce transformation programs is an advantage.
