The Management Consulting (Consultant - Manager level) role is responsible for enhancing business performance in the areas of CFO & EV, focusing on Financial Crime, AML/KYC, Digital Risk & Compliance. This position involves collaborating with clients to develop and implement effective risk management strategies in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with clients daily to design and execute strategies that address complex risk challenges. You will manage project teams and work closely with various business units to ensure effective risk processes are established.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project work or work streams effectively.
- Supervise and mentor project teams to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, IT, and Legal units.
- Design and implement corporate risk processes and procedures.
- Conduct business development activities to expand client relationships.
- Contribute to domain development through research and intellectual capital creation.
- Enhance business performance by implementing strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in financial crime, AML/KYC, or compliance.
Knowledge of risk management and strategy implementation.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
