In the role of Management Consulting Manager within Digital Risk & Compliance, the focus is on helping organizations manage risks related to IT, data privacy, cybersecurity, credit risk, data and AI governance, and regulatory compliance. The role involves leading or supporting project delivery across these domains, managing end-to-end risk and compliance transformation initiatives, and collaborating with various client teams. The position also includes advising clients on frameworks and strategies, driving governance and regulatory compliance programs, and contributing to business development and practice growth.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of IT risk, data privacy, cybersecurity, credit risk, data governance, AI governance, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in managing risk and compliance transformation initiatives.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, IT, Legal, Internal Audit, and Data functions.
Skills in defining and documenting business requirements for risk platforms and governance frameworks.
Familiarity with regulatory change programs such as PDPA, GDPR, Basel, and AI Act.
Knowledge of IT risk frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Experience in leading data governance and AI governance initiatives.
Capability in credit risk transformation and regulatory compliance programs.
Proven ability to contribute to proposal development, client relationship management, and business growth.
Experience in developing intellectual capital and mentoring junior consultants.
