Job Description
In this position, you will focus on HR Strategy & Transformation, working on projects related to Digital/Cloud HR, Talent Management, and Process Excellence. You will support solutioning and project delivery, ensuring effective engagement with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR transformation projects with global clients.
- Design innovative HR solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage project delivery and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Support business development initiatives within the HR Transformation practice.
