The Corporate Secretarial Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, managing relationships based on professionalism and trust. Responsibilities include overseeing all corporate secretarial duties, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering high-quality services. The role involves supervising a team, coaching staff to develop competencies, and identifying business development opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with the commercial team and ensure all tasks meet strict regulatory and internal deadlines.
Possess CGI (ICSA) qualification and is a member of MAICSA.
At least 12 years of relevant experience in professional firms or public listed companies.
Deep knowledge of Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements, and Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and coaching a team.
