The Corporate Secretarial Manager serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, working in a dynamic environment that emphasizes professionalism and trust. Daily activities include supervising a team, coaching staff, and collaborating with the commercial team to meet regulatory and internal deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess CGI (ICSA) qualification and is a member of MAICSA.
At least 12 years of relevant experience in professional firms or public listed companies.
Deep knowledge of Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements, and Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and coaching a team.
