Role Summary
The Manager, Demand Planning is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for all SKUs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring optimal inventory levels and monitoring stock aging within a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve leading demand review meetings and converting demand plans into replenishment strategies. You will also be responsible for tracking key planning KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all SKUs.
- Lead demand review meetings to align on forecasts and inventory strategies.
- Convert demand plans into effective replenishment strategies.
- Monitor stock aging and resolve supply gaps proactively.
- Track key planning KPIs to assess performance and drive improvements.
- Provide analytical support for product launches and ad-hoc analyses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on demand planning objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in Demand Planning or Inventory Management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Experience in F&B or short shelf life products.
Proven track record in managing forecasts and inventory performance.
Good communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling.
