Role Summary

The Manager, Digital Consulting, MDS Malaysia is responsible for managing the daily digital activation efforts for hotels participating in Marriott Digital Services programs. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of digital strategies across the Asia Pacific Excluding China region.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the digital marketing initiatives for various hotels, collaborating with internal teams to drive performance and enhance online presence. You will be the primary contact for hotels, ensuring that digital strategies are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily digital activation efforts for hotels in the MDS programs.
  • Liaise between hotels and internal teams to ensure timely execution of digital strategies.
  • Develop and implement program strategies for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Provide performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance hotel visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze program performance and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure high service levels and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related major preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing required.

Experience in hotel or online travel agency environments is a plus.

Agency work experience preferred, especially in property services or account services roles.

Fluency in English for internal and external communications required.
