
The Manager, General Affairs is responsible for leading General Affairs operations across Malaysia and Singapore. This role significantly impacts workplace efficiency and culture through effective management of corporate secretarial functions and facilities.
In this position, you will oversee day-to-day operations related to General Affairs, ensuring that office setups and vendor management are executed smoothly. You will work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes compliance with safety regulations and enhances workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, OSH, or related field.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in General Affairs or Facilities Management.
At least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH regulations.
Proven experience managing multi-site operations and vendors.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
SHO certification or risk management certification is an advantage.
