This role is for a Manual Tester Consultant responsible for leading a team of quality engineers to ensure application quality. The position involves developing and implementing testing strategies, designing and executing manual test cases, and promoting Agile testing practices.
Job Description
As a Manual Tester Consultant, you will lead a team of quality engineers to accelerate delivery and ensure quality across the application lifecycle. You will develop and implement testing strategies aligned with business and functional requirements, design and execute manual test cases especially for Point-of-Sale and Physical Payment Systems, and drive Agile testing practices while fostering collaboration and mentoring team members.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and processes.
Experience leading quality engineering teams.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive test strategies.
Knowledge of Point-of-Sale and Physical Payment Systems testing.
Familiarity with Agile testing practices and test management.
Ability to design and execute manual test cases and maintain test suites.
Skills to utilize testing metrics for continuous improvement.
Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
Effective engagement with stakeholders to align on quality and business goals.
