Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective control and policy compliance across financial operations.
- Monitor and verify financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation processes.
- Oversee statutory audit and tax deadlines to ensure compliance.
- Streamline organizational structures for improved efficiency.
- Supervise month-end close activities and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with operational teams to enhance financial performance.
- Review and adopt relevant accounting standards.
- Provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- Perform ad-hoc financial duties, including payment reviews and cash flow forecasting.
Job Requirements
Strong financial knowledge relevant to the role of Market Financial Controller.
Ability to act as a key partner to senior finance leadership.
Experience with risk management and control environments.
Competence in streamlining organizational structures.
Knowledge of accounting standards such as local GAAP and International Accounting Standards.
Skills in financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
