The Marketing and Communication Manager is responsible for creating and executing property-level marketing communications to customers. This role promotes on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels, focusing on food and beverage promotions to both hotel guests and local patrons. The manager collaborates with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure aligned digital and social marketing efforts, and contributes to public relations and advertising activities to support the hotel's sales and revenue strategy.
Job Requirements
A 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area is required.
Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience is preferred.
Ability to work effectively with various teams including operations, sales, eCommerce, and external agencies.
Strong communication skills to manage public relations and social media content.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and promotional campaign execution.
Capability to manage marketing collateral, advertising schedules, and media budgets.
Skills to contribute to brand-aligned marketing plans and marketing leadership roles.
