
The Marketing and Communication Manager (MARCOM) is responsible for creating and executing property-level marketing communications to customers. This role significantly impacts the hotel's sales and revenue strategy by promoting on-brand messaging through various channels.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day marketing activities, collaborating with various teams to enhance the hotel's visibility and customer engagement. You will focus on food and beverage promotions while ensuring alignment with regional marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
A 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area is required.
Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills to manage public relations and social media content.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and promotional campaign execution.
