Job Description
In this dynamic role, the Marketing Executive engages with potential owners and supports the Sales & Marketing team in various office duties. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring effective communication and teamwork to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote brand awareness through various marketing strategies.
- Maximize revenue by implementing effective sales techniques.
- Communicate with potential owners to set up preview package sales and tours.
- Ensure eligibility requirements are met for potential owners.
- Provide exceptional guest service in line with company policies.
- Support Sales & Marketing with general office duties.
- Assist management in employee training and coaching.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Capability to maintain confidentiality and protect privacy.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
