The Mgr I, Marcom role involves providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, installing and upgrading devices, performing routine maintenance and security updates, assisting with software installations, and maintaining accurate records of IT assets and service requests. The role also entails educating users on best practices, collaborating with ICT team members for complex issues, ensuring compliance with data security protocols, and maintaining professional communication with users throughout the resolution process.

Job Requirements

Strong technical knowledge to support hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Ability to install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Capability to perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end user devices.

Skills to assist employees with software installations, updates, and application support.

Ability to maintain accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution activities.

Good communication skills to educate users and respond professionally to user requests.

Capacity to collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols to ensure compliance.
