
The Mgr I, Marcom is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues while maintaining compliance with data security protocols.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues while educating users on best practices. You will maintain professional communication with users throughout the resolution process, ensuring a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, and connectivity support.
Experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers and laptops.
Familiarity with performing routine maintenance and system updates.
Good communication skills for user education and support.
Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
