The Mgr-Reservations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reservations department. This role impacts the overall guest experience and hotel profitability by ensuring accurate bookings and effective team management.
In this role, you will manage the reservations team at Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu, ensuring a seamless guest experience through effective coordination with other departments. You will implement revenue strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and profitability while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Extensive experience in hotel reservations or front office management.
Deep understanding of revenue management principles and hotel systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management software.
