Job Description
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will engage in daily interactions with clients and partners to facilitate the sale of mortgage products. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes relationship-building and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with realtors, developers, and solicitors to increase referrals.
- Sell credit products including mortgages and SME loans for both conventional and Islamic banking.
- Pre-screen customers to assess their creditworthiness.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the mortgage process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate potential clients on mortgage options.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree holders in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Good product knowledge in mortgages and SME loans is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferably possess own transportation.
