Mortgage Advisor (Nationwide) at CIMB Group Holdings Berhad - Kuala Lumpur

The Mortgage Advisor is responsible for selling credit products such as mortgages and SME loans for both conventional and Islamic banking. This role involves developing relationships with realtors, developers, and solicitors to increase referrals and source quality loans by assessing customer creditworthiness.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will engage in daily interactions with clients and partners to facilitate the sale of mortgage products. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes relationship-building and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with realtors, developers, and solicitors to increase referrals.
• Sell credit products including mortgages and SME loans for both conventional and Islamic banking.
• Pre-screen customers to assess their creditworthiness.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the mortgage process.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge.
