This role involves driving sales budgets, providing support to branches, and monitoring the performance of Relationship Managers while overseeing Bancassurance business growth.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with customers and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in a dynamic banking environment. You will work closely with a team of Relationship Managers to ensure the growth and success of the affluent banking segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales budgets and monitor performance of Relationship Managers.
- Provide support to branches to enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee Bancassurance business growth and strategy implementation.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze financial reports and statistics to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to enhance their performance.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in a similar position in consumer banking in a managerial role as Segment or Centre Manager.
Fully licensed with IPPC, FIMM & banca.
Strong leadership and proven record in managing a group of Relationship Managers.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter, proactive, and possess sales drive in sales management.
Senior Relationship Manager with a proven track sales record & good leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
