Job Description
Participants in the PROTEGE Programme will engage in various administrative, operational, or client-facing roles within CIMB Bank. The program spans eight months, allowing graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured training sessions to understand banking operations.
- Assist in administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Engage with clients to enhance customer service experience.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects.
- Conduct research to support operational improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Learn and apply banking software and tools effectively.
Job Requirements
Minimum CGPA of 3.0
Malaysian fresh graduates or graduates with less than 1 year of working experience
Willingness to learn and adapt
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Basic knowledge of banking operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and eagerness to grow
