Role Summary
The O2C Manager - Billing APAC is responsible for leading the Order-to-Cash cycle for the APAC region. This role involves managing a large team and ensuring the accuracy of billing and collections while driving process improvements.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee a team of over 40 employees, focusing on the comprehensive management of the Order-to-Cash cycle. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the billing team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Oversee collections processes to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to billing and collections.
- Drive process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and legal departments for revenue recognition.
- Support ERP migrations and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Maintain rigorous audit standards and compliance with accounting regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in O2C or related finance functions.
Proven track record in managing large teams of 40+ employees.
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls.
