The O2C Manager - Billing APAC is responsible for leading the Order-to-Cash cycle for the APAC region. This role involves managing a large team and ensuring the accuracy of billing and collections while driving process improvements.
In this role, you will oversee a team of over 40 employees, focusing on the comprehensive management of the Order-to-Cash cycle. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in O2C or related finance functions.
Proven track record in managing large teams of 40+ employees.
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls.
