Job Description
As the O2C Manager for Billing APAC, you will lead a team of over 40 employees to oversee the comprehensive Order-to-Cash cycle. Key responsibilities include ensuring billing accuracy, managing collections, and monitoring KPIs like Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). You will drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with finance, sales, and legal departments to ensure revenue recognition and contract compliance. Additionally, you will support ERP migrations and maintain rigorous internal controls and audit standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in O2C or related finance functions.
Proven track record in managing large teams of 40+ employees.
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, and advanced Excel skills.
Experience in a shared services or BPO environment is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and accounting standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with an analytical mindset.
