The O2C Manager - Billing APAC is responsible for leading the Order-to-Cash cycle for the APAC region. This role involves managing a large team and ensuring the accuracy of billing and collections while driving process improvements.

In this role, you will oversee a team of over 40 employees, focusing on the comprehensive management of the Order-to-Cash cycle. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the billing team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Oversee collections processes to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to billing and collections.
• Drive process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and legal departments for revenue recognition.
• Support ERP migrations and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Maintain rigorous audit standards and compliance with accounting regulations.
