The O2C Senior Specialist - Collections is responsible for understanding the credit control process, analyzing the ageing of trade receivables, and collecting outstanding cash by sending reminders and making calls to clients. The role also involves maximizing the value of third party spend for the business, managing Regional Account Receivables, overseeing the client invoicing process, and handling bad debts through interaction with internal teams and clients.
Job Requirements
Understanding of the credit control process.
Ability to analyze the ageing of trade receivables.
Skills in collecting outstanding cash and communicating with clients through reminders and calls.
Capability to maximize third party spend value for the business.
Experience in managing Regional Account Receivables and client invoicing processes.
Ability to handle bad debts and interact with internal service lines, finance, management, client end-users, and Accounts Payables.
