Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily tasks that involve managing master data, preparing invoices, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth billing operations. You will work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes customer service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control master data accurately and timely.
- Prepare draft invoices for review and approval.
- Finalize invoices and ensure proper sending and archiving.
- Liaise with Country Finance for billing-related queries.
- Monitor debtor aging and collections effectively.
- Handle credit notes and client inquiries promptly.
- Provide support to team members to maintain high levels of customer service.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience in invoice preparation and review processes.
Strong communication skills in English.
Attention to detail for monitoring debtors and supporting collections.
Ability to handle ad hoc reporting and revenue information requests.
