The O2C Specialist - Billing is responsible for managing and controlling master data, including creation, modification, and review, as well as preparing draft invoices for review and approval. This role involves finalizing invoices, sending and archiving them, liaising with Country Finance, and monitoring debtor aging and collections. Additionally, the specialist handles credit notes, client and administrator queries, and provides support to team members to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
