The Operation Support (Last Mile) is responsible for managing Return Pickup operations and ensuring compliance with established SOPs and performance objectives. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing logistics processes and maintaining high service standards within the organization.
In this role, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of Return Pickup operations, working closely with station staff to ensure efficient logistics processes. You will also provide administrative support and ensure compliance with quality management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
Prior experience in a logistics or administrative environment is an advantage.
Willingness to assist in various administrative tasks.
