The Operation Support (Last Mile) role is responsible for managing Return Pickup (RPU) operations and ensuring all activities comply with established SOPs and performance objectives. Key tasks include settling Fantastic Service Recovery (FSR) cases within set timelines, coordinating POD/POP deductions with stakeholders, and providing administrative support. The role also involves maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 QMS and GDPMD requirements while working closely with station staff to optimize logistics processes.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
Prior working experience in a logistics or administrative environment is an advantage.
Ability to comply with ISO 9001 QMS and safety management systems.
Willingness to assist in administrative functions and tasks assigned by superiors.
