
The Operations & Administrative Executive is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the planning and execution of catering and event operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication among clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve a variety of administrative tasks and event coordination. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
1-3 years of working experience in operations or administration (experience in event or catering industry is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines during event periods.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends or irregular hours when required.
