This role involves coordinating and assisting in the planning and execution of catering and event operations. The responsibilities include handling administrative duties such as preparing quotations, invoices, and event documentation, liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, managing inventory, scheduling staff assignments, maintaining office organization, supporting logistical arrangements, and assisting management with ad-hoc tasks.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
1 3 years of working experience in operations or administration (experience in event or catering industry is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines during event periods.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends or irregular hours when required.
