Job Description
The Operations Analyst (EMEA Shift) role is part of the Editorial, Design and Publishing (EDP) Transformation and Enablement team at S&P Global. The position involves assisting in the development and maintenance of tools and technology systems that support content creation, editing, and publishing workflows. The role also focuses on process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance editorial efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement transformative solutions and exploring generative AI to improve editorial tasks and workflows.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
4-6 years of experience in editorial operations, content management, or digital publishing environments.
Citizen development experience with low-code/no-code platforms to build business applications and automate workflows.
Strong technical aptitude with experience in content management systems, publishing platforms, and editorial workflow tools.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and support diverse teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for comprehensive document management and reporting.
