The Order-To-Cash Analyst (Japanese Speaking) is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the OTC process, managing operational performance to meet targets including Service Level Agreements, and ensuring client service satisfaction. This role involves facilitating change requests, building team succession, providing a holistic view of service delivery, acting as an escalation point for service issues, supporting contractual projects, and initiating continuous improvement projects within the area of responsibility. The analyst also ensures compliance with company policies and collaborates on operational excellence, problem-solving, project management, staff development, client communication, and innovation to maintain effective service delivery.
Strong communication skills in Japanese.
Experience or knowledge in order-to-cash processes.
Ability to manage operational performance and meet service level agreements.
Skills in facilitating change requests and continuous improvement.
Capability to act as an escalation point for service issues and support project management.
Experience or ability in staff development and team succession planning.
Basic knowledge of contractual and change management.
Problem-solving skills, especially related to service issues.
Ability to interact with clients and manage expectations.
Competence in managing unstructured problems and operational challenges.
Familiarity with operational excellence practices.
