Order to Cash Collection (Mandarin speaking) at Accenture Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

The Order to Cash Collection (Mandarin speaking) is responsible for managing collection activities based on client criteria and the DTP. This role involves effective communication with customers and collaboration with internal teams to resolve receivable issues and ensure accurate invoicing.

In this role, you will engage in daily collection activities, communicating with customers via calls and emails to arrange payments and reconcile accounts. You will work closely with various internal teams to address and resolve any issues related to accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collection activities based on client criteria and DTP.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding collection issues.
• Perform calling, emailing, and payment arrangement activities.
• Reconcile and track daily/monthly accounts receivable balances.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system.
• Collaborate with internal business functions and external customers to resolve receivable issues.
• Prepare adjustment vouchers, statements, and letters related to collections.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management in a timely manner.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliation to identify disputed receivables.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss debtor status.
