Job Description
As an Organizational Analytics Data Scientist at Accenture, you will leverage NLP and Gen AI to analyze human behavior and optimize talent management. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and prototyping LLM solutions, training supervised and unsupervised models, and conducting web scraping for data mining. Working within a management consulting framework, you will provide custom analytics and insights to clients while contributing to thought leadership and innovative product development in the people analytics space.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Social Sciences.
3 to 5 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and research.
Minimum 1 year of GenAI model development using RAG and Few-shot learning methodologies.
Strong LLM Engineering skills for deploying applications within cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
Proficient in Deep Learning frameworks and NLP algorithms such as Word Embeddings and Transfer Learning.
Advanced data fluency with working knowledge of statistical methodologies and analytic models.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to perform in dynamic, non-structured environments.
