PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's in I/O Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in management consulting or organizational assessment.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex projects.
Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R or Python.
Expertise in multivariate statistics and machine learning techniques.
Strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex organizational data.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and influence.
Knowledge of APIs, SQL query writing, and data visualization tools.
