The P2P Manager for APAC is responsible for overseeing the complete end-to-end procure-to-pay lifecycle within the Internal Finance team. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure accurate vendor invoice processing, timely supplier payments, and strict adherence to internal financial controls. The role involves optimizing P2P workflows through automation, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with IT to enhance ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics. Additionally, you will drive process improvements and support internal audits to maintain financial stability across the APAC region.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a P2P management role, preferably in a multinational environment.
Expertise in end-to-end P2P processes, vendor management, and invoice processing.
Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and internal audit practices.
Proficiency in P2P systems and ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics or D365.
Excellent leadership skills with experience coaching and developing regional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
