The P2P Senior Specialist - Japanese Speaker is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of ERP entries within the organization. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the overall efficiency of the accounts payable process.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily reviews of ERP entries, ensuring they meet company standards and compliance requirements. You will also oversee vendor master data compliance and facilitate payment processes while training junior staff in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review ERP entries for completeness and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct vendor master data compliance reviews.
- Perform payment run reviews and ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile and settle client payments against the ERP system.
- Analyze account balances during the month-end process.
- Train and supervise junior staff in their activities.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Ability to communicate in Japanese.
Experience with ERP systems and compliance.
Knowledge of vendor master data management.
Experience in payment run review and reconciliation.
Skills in training and supervising junior staff.
