Job Description
The P2P Senior Specialist - Japanese Speaker is responsible for reviewing ERP entries to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves conducting vendor master data compliance reviews, payment run reviews, and performing reconciliation and settlement for client payments against the ERP system. The specialist also reconciles and analyzes account balances during the month-end process, trains junior staff, supervises their activities, and participates in continuous process improvements.
Job Requirements
Ability to communicate in Japanese.
Experience with ERP systems and understanding of ERP entry compliance.
Knowledge of vendor master data management.
Experience in payment run review and reconciliation processes.
Ability to perform account balance reconciliation and analysis during month-end procedures.
Skills in training and supervising junior staff.
Willingness to participate in continuous process improvement.
