Role Summary
The P2P Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of ERP entries. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the overall efficiency of the accounts payable process.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily reviews of ERP entries, vendor master data, and payment reconciliations, ensuring adherence to established policies. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review ERP entries for completeness and compliance.
- Analyze vendor master data for accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Execute payment runs and perform reconciliations for client payments.
- Monitor account balances during the month-end closing process.
- Train and supervise junior staff in their daily activities.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance roles.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes.
Proven experience in compliance review and policy adherence.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
