The P2P Supervisor is responsible for leading the Purchase-to-Pay process. This role involves ensuring compliance with established policies while driving continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
As a P2P Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Purchase-to-Pay process, working closely with a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will engage with various stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain high standards in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 8 years of professional experience in P2P or finance operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing a small team (5-15 people).
Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting rules, IFRS, and modern financial practices.
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.
Proven leadership ability to mentor staff and provide constructive feedback.
