Job Description

As a P2P Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Purchase-to-Pay process, working closely with a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will engage with various stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain high standards in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Purchase-to-Pay process and ensure compliance with ERP entries.
  • Review and maintain vendor master data for accuracy.
  • Oversee payment runs and ensure timely processing.
  • Manage month-end account reconciliations and reporting.
  • Train and coach junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local offices and stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

At least 8 years of professional experience in P2P or finance operations.

Minimum 2 years of experience managing a small team (5-15 people).

Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong knowledge of accounting rules, IFRS, and modern financial practices.

Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.

Proven leadership ability to mentor staff and provide constructive feedback.
