TMF Group is looking for an experienced P2P Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to manage procurement-to-pay operations and lead a finance team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, driving process automation, and fostering professional development within a global administrative services framework.
As a P2P Supervisor, you will lead the Purchase-to-Pay process, ensuring all ERP entries comply with established policies. Responsibilities include reviewing vendor master data, overseeing payment runs, and managing month-end account reconciliations. You will be responsible for training and coaching a team of junior staff, driving continuous process improvement and automation. The role requires active collaboration with local offices and stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain high-quality standards in financial reporting and internal audits.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 8 years of professional experience in P2P or finance operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing a small team (5-15 people).
Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting rules, IFRS, and modern financial practices.
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.
Proven leadership ability to mentor staff and provide constructive feedback.
Experience working within a multi-cultural environment and managing process documentation.
