The Partner Support - Japanese Speaking role involves supporting account business operations with a focus on managing key customer accounts and overseeing the full supply chain process. This includes product planning, demand and supply management, backlog, rebates, inventory, and daily logistics issues. The candidate will serve as the main contact for global accounts and coordinate with teams across supply, logistics, finance, and operations to handle supply requests and ensure smooth order delivery. The role also entails working closely with customers and supply teams to improve short-term demand forecast accuracy and aligning customers and internal teams with business goals to drive growth and achieve targets.
Ability to support account business operations effectively.
Experience managing key customer accounts and the supply chain process.
Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams including supply, logistics, finance, and operations.
Capability to work closely with customers and supply teams to improve demand forecast accuracy.
Ability to align customer and internal teams with business goals.
Experience with revenue management, including system updates, rebate forecasting, payment, and credit note handling.
Understanding of audit compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Japanese language.
