The Partnership Renewal-SM Monitoring Tools SME is responsible for designing and developing a robust infrastructure observability solution. This role involves collaborating with clients to enhance their monitoring capabilities and ensure system reliability across diverse architectures.

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include developing observability solutions using platforms like Splunk, Dynatrace, and ElasticSearch. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and implement tailored solutions that enhance their monitoring and incident response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop infrastructure observability solutions using Splunk, Dynatrace, and ElasticSearch.
• Integrate observability tools with existing service management and monitoring systems.
• Develop automation workflows for incident response and infrastructure automation.

• Create dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide insights into system performance.
