In this position, the Personal Assistant will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting and maintaining IT equipment. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with team members and effective communication with users to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Ability to install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers and peripheral devices.
Knowledge of maintaining IT asset records and service request documentation.
Understanding of routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches for user devices.
Good communication skills to respond professionally to user requests.
