The Pre-Sales Lead/Manager will lead the cloud architecture team at Strateq, focusing on designing effective cloud solutions and driving business growth in the cloud sector. This role blends technical expertise with commercial insight, requiring leadership in solution design, stakeholder engagement, and team mentorship.
Job Requirements
Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Holds relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Certified Fellow, with additional project management or leadership certifications being advantageous.
Requires a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing teams of cloud architects or engineers.
Exhibits the ability to motivate, guide, and nurture high-achieving teams.
Demonstrates robust strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, balancing technical needs with business objectives.
Possesses outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a talent for influencing at all organizational levels.
Requires a minimum of 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, proficient in private, public, and hybrid cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Has thorough knowledge of cloud architecture frameworks like AWS Well-Architected Framework and TOGAF, and tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Demonstrated history of designing and implementing secure, large-scale, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.
Strong expertise in cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.
