The Pre-Sales Lead/Manager is responsible for leading the cloud architecture team at Strateq. This role combines technical expertise with commercial insight to drive business growth in the cloud sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the cloud architecture team in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop strategic plans to drive business growth in the cloud sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on cloud initiatives.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cloud solutions.
- Present cloud solutions to clients and stakeholders, showcasing their benefits and value.
Job Requirements
Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Holds relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Certified Fellow.
Requires a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing teams of cloud architects or engineers.
Requires a minimum of 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, proficient in private, public, and hybrid cloud solutions.
Exhibits strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
Possesses outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
