Role Summary

The Primary Accounts New Business Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within the Agriculture and Metals Markets. This role involves identifying and securing new clients while managing the end-to-end sales process in a collaborative global environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of S&P Global's offerings. You will document interactions in Salesforce and work closely with international teams to expand the customer base and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients.
  • Proactively outreach to potential customers to diagnose their needs.
  • Articulate the value of S&P Global's products and services.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process effectively.
  • Document all interactions in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with international teams to expand the customer base.
  • Achieve individual and team sales quotas.

Job Requirements

2 to 3+ years of experience in consultative sales, marketing, or customer outreach.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English.

Proven ability to diagnose client needs and articulate product value.

Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Knowledge of Agriculture or Metals markets is highly preferred.

Ability to work flexibly across various time zones (APAC/EMEA/Americas).

Resilient and enthusiastic approach to proactive customer engagement.
