Role Summary
The Product Engineer - Network Security is responsible for the overall ownership and improvement of LAN/WAN, SASE, and next-generation security platforms. This role plays a critical part in managing network operations and enhancing security measures within the organization.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day management of network operations, lead incident resolution, and execute security changes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage network operations and ensure optimal performance.
- Lead incident resolution and operational activities effectively.
- Execute security and firewall changes in compliance with standards.
- Drive key projects related to infrastructure upgrades and security enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align network security efforts with business objectives.
- Evaluate new technologies and develop business cases for implementation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in network security (e.g., CISSP, CCSP).
Experience in managing network security operations.
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, SASE, and next-generation security platforms.
Proven experience in change management and compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
