Job Description
The Product Engineer - Network Security is responsible for the overall ownership and improvement of LAN/WAN, SASE, and next-generation security platforms. This role involves managing network operations, leading incident resolution, executing security and firewall changes, and driving key projects related to infrastructure and security enhancements. The engineer collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to align efforts with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity strategies, while also shaping the network security roadmap and enabling operational excellence through documentation and training.
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills to work effectively with service providers, internal teams, and business units.
Ability to manage and lead incident resolution and operational activities.
Knowledge of network security concepts, including LAN/WAN, SASE, and next-generation security platforms.
Experience with change management and compliance in security and firewall changes.
Capability to lead projects related to infrastructure upgrades and security rollouts.
Skills in evaluating new technologies and building business cases.
Ability to create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
Understanding of financial operations to drive cost efficiency in cloud operations.
Experience in collaborative stakeholder and vendor management.
