Job Description

The Professional Sales Representative (Johor Based) is responsible for achieving strategic sales objectives, demonstrating high sales expertise, and managing relationships within the assigned territory. This role involves planning and optimizing sales performance, executing marketing and promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with company processes. The representative focuses on promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building account management plans, and maintaining ethical standards.

Job Requirements

Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, Science, or a minimum of 10 years in Pharmaceutical experience.

Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical sales experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in NMBA, Antibiotic and Anti fungal is an added advantage.

Strong presentation skills, positive attitude, and strong sales achievement.

Strong customer focus and proven relationship building skills.

Good track record in sales, with a history of achieving results.

Experience in handling projects from end to end.

Focus on customer and patients.

Drive results with rapid and disciplined decision making.

Demonstrates ethics and integrity.

Displays courage and candor.

Fosters collaboration.

Self-driven and proactive to manage dynamics of cross functional teams, including planning and problem solving.
