Role Summary
The Project Executive is responsible for assisting the project manager in coordinating and monitoring project activities. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely authority submissions and approvals, contributing to the overall success of property development projects.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the project manager to facilitate project execution and ensure compliance with authority requirements. You will be involved in preparing reports and supporting various planning and technical aspects of site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating project activities and timelines.
- Monitor authority submissions and follow up on approvals.
- Prepare detailed reports for relevant authority requirements.
- Support planning and technical aspects for site execution.

Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in property development or construction.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
