The role involves assisting the project manager in coordinating, monitoring, and following up on authority submissions and approvals. The candidate will prepare reports for relevant authority requirements and support planning and technical aspects for site execution.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Minimum 2 year working experience in property development/construction.
Good interpersonal, Communication skills & able to work independently.
