This role involves leading high-rise construction projects at Genting Highland. The position requires building and developing project teams, managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

This role involves building and developing the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. The individual will lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, managing schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans including risk mitigation. They will coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget, analyze project status, and revise plans as necessary to meet project requirements. The role also includes establishing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders for ongoing project communication.
