Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of property development projects, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery to meet time, cost, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
- Guide and mentor project teams to enhance performance and productivity.
- Manage risks and identify opportunities for project success.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Building Science or related discipline.
Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in project management.
1-2 years of managerial capacity in Project Management or Construction Management.
Experience in commercial developments is advantageous.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
