Role Summary
The Quality Assurance Intern is responsible for supporting daily quality assurance monitoring and food safety matters. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring product quality and compliance within the organization.
Job Description
The intern will assist in various quality assurance activities, contributing to a safe and high-quality food environment. Daily tasks will involve monitoring, evaluating product complaints, and supporting management in QA-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily QA monitoring and food safety matters.
- Handle and evaluate product complaints according to established procedures.
- Compile QA activities for management review.
- Support product complaints processes.
- Assist with outlet registration to governmental bodies.
- Perform special projects or tasks assigned by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Control, or a related discipline.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese for both spoken and written.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
