Responsibilities include tender calling and evaluation, measurement during contract stages, and contract administration. The role also involves cost estimation and attending meetings as required.
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Contract Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or 1-3 years related working experience required.
Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Ability to maintain systematic documentation filing system.
Experience in cost estimation and procurement for development projects.
Familiarity with contract administration processes.
