R2R Senior Specialist – Tmf Regional Delivery Centre Sdn. Bhd.

The R2R Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring bookkeeping compliance with group accounting policies and delivering high-quality financial data. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all bookkeeping activities. You will work closely with team members to facilitate month-end closing processes and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review month-end closing entries to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct accounts review and reconciliation to maintain financial integrity.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Automate data preparation and report creation for efficiency.
• Provide guidelines and supervision to team members to enhance their skills.
